Please Note:
The following message is written for, and only applies to, individual creatives. None of the following text applies to business entities or corporations, nor individuals acting in the interests of business entities or corporations, who must contact me personally to inquire if they can use my content in any way, shape or form.
Blanket Fanwork Permissions:
If you ever want to remix, translate, make art of, fanbind, podfic, or make any sort of noncommercial secondary fanwork based off of my writing: please feel free! No need to ask me in advance. All I ask is for clear credit! Preferably, my AO3, but any platform will do.
If you are going to upload it to AO3 or SQWA, please make it a related work. If it's being uploaded somewhere else, please link back to an upload of the original work! It's not a hard and fast rule, but I'd love it if you would link me to what you've made so I can check it out, too! More than one person is welcome to make secondary fanworks based off my fics, as well.
Do not make commercial works based off of my writing, though. Mostly because you're going to get super mega sued if you do!! That's really illegal. Please don't try to sell fanworks!
Additionally, please don't reupload my fics to other sites. If you want to share it, link to the original fic on any of the platforms I've posted it on! Please do not upload reviews of any of my fics onto Goodreads either. Put your reviews in the comments! That's what they're there for!
I do not consent to any of my fanworks, or anything I create in general, to be fed into AI programs. There are no exceptions to this. Even if you don't post it anywhere, and it's only for personal use, I do not consent to it. Please respect my wishes on this matter.
Further Podfic Policy:
When crediting me in the podfic, please use either "Azure" (pronounced "ah-zhr"), or "Azure Mist" (with "mist" being pronounced like the synonym to "light fog"). "Azure" is my name, and "Azure Mist" is my online alias' "full name", as well as my username on AO3 and SQWA!
I'd highly prefer it if you posted your podfic somewhere accessible to the public and non-monetized. This post bygodoflaundrybaskets has lots of options and tips on the topic, so consider giving it a read!
Further Meta Policy:
You may repost my meta and analysis, so long as credit to me is given, your repost is non-commercial, and the original text is not edited in your repost.
Gifting Policy:
Gifting is enabled on both AO3 and SQWA! You can choose to give any secondary fanwork as a gift if you so choose, and feel free to gift a fanwork if it is based off of something I said or suggested, as well!
Artwork Policy:
Please do not repost my artwork to places I have an account. Instead, share it using the options built into the site! If I do not have an account on the site, you may repost it, with clear credit. A link back to the original post is preferred!
